TERMS & CONDITIONS

Standard engagement terms and intellectual property governance for HAAZ STUDIOS commissions.

1. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Upon receipt of finalized contract payments, master exported commercial reels and finalized web source code are transferred to the client for commercial distribution, reserving HAAZ STUDIOS portfolio showcase rights.

2. Trademark & Brand Asset Usage

The "HAAZ STUDIOS" logomark, "Hit Above All Zones" tagline, and visual assets are proprietary properties of HAAZ STUDIOS under the supervision of Ahmed Belal.

3. Revisions & Production Turnarounds

Post-production review rounds are specified in client Statements of Work. Additional edit cycles or structural re-shoots are scoped separately.
